At Traverdes, Unipessoal Lda, the management company of Villa Caldara, we understand that planning your dream getaway requires careful consideration, and we’re committed to making the payment process as seamless as possible. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, we’ve outlined our payment terms below.
Booking and Payment Schedule
To secure your booking, we require a deposit or full payment, depending on the time of booking. For bookings made more than 30 days before your stay date, a 40% deposit of the total booking amount is due upon booking. This deposit can be paid via bank transfer or one of the other convenient payment methods we offer, including Creditcards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), Apple Pay, iDEAL, Bancontact, iDEAL in3, EPS, Przelewy24, KBC/CBC, Belfius Direct Net, MB WAY, Multibanco, Trustly, Satispay, and Swish.
For bookings made within 30 days or less of your stay date, we require 100% of the booking amount to be paid in full at the time of booking, using one of the aforementioned payment methods.
Payment Deadline
To avoid any unnecessary delays or complications, please ensure that all payments are made by the specified deadline. We kindly request that you settle your balance in a timely manner to confirm your booking.
